Does the tub need to be drained?
Yes — the tub should be drained before removal day. If that's a problem, tell us at the estimate and we'll talk through options.
What about the electrical?
Power to the hot tub must be shut off and safely disconnected before we remove it. We'll go over what's needed during your estimate.
Can you get it out of a tight backyard?
Usually, yes. Cutting and dismantling on site lets us carry the tub out in manageable pieces.
Can you remove the deck around it?
Yes — deck and surround removal fall under our Light Demolition service and can be done in the same visit.
