What counts as "light" demolition?
Non-structural work: sheds and small structures, decks, fences, cabinets, fixtures, flooring, and interior elements that aren't load-bearing. We'll confirm the scope at your in-person estimate.
Is cleanup included?
Yes. Haul-away and cleanup of the work area are part of every demolition job.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the project and your city. Check with your local permitting office for anything beyond simple removals — we're happy to talk through the scope at the estimate.
