1. Our Services

Bucks Haul provides junk removal and hauling, light non-structural demolition, and related property cleanup services for residential and commercial customers in Tacoma and the surrounding Pierce County area. Details of our offerings are described on our website, which is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• Free in-person estimates. We provide free, no-obligation estimates in person at the job location. We do not provide binding price quotes over the phone; any ranges discussed by phone are approximate and non-binding.
• Same-day estimates. We aim to provide same-day in-person estimates when scheduling allows, but availability is not guaranteed and depends on demand and routing.
• Approval before work. No work begins until you approve the quoted price. The price you approve is the price you pay — there are no hidden fees.
• Pricing factors. Pricing is based on volume (truck space used), labor, job type, site access, and disposal costs. Estimates may be adjusted if the actual job differs materially from what was described; any change will be discussed with you before work proceeds.

3. Scheduling & Availability

We offer same-day and next-day service subject to availability. Scheduled times are estimates; traffic, weather, and prior jobs may affect arrival. We'll communicate any delays as promptly as possible.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule by calling or texting us. Please provide as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for same-day cancellations or no-shows after a crew has already been dispatched or arrived at your location.

5. Payment

Payment is due on-site upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods disclosed at the time of service. If you dispute a charge, contact us promptly so we can resolve it.

6. Items We Will & Will Not Haul

We haul most household junk, furniture, appliances, yard debris, and construction debris, and we perform light non-structural demolition. We do not haul hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, solvents, oils, asbestos, medical/biological waste, or other materials prohibited by law or disposal facilities. If you're unsure whether we can take an item, ask us before scheduling.

7. Site Access & Your Responsibilities

• You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the items and areas where work will be performed.
• You represent that you have the legal right and authority to authorize removal of the items and any demolition work requested.
• You agree to disclose any conditions that may affect the work or crew safety, including hazardous materials, structural concerns, pest infestations, or restricted access.
• You are responsible for moving or protecting valuables, and for securing pets, before the crew arrives.

8. Disposal & Donation

We donate and recycle usable items first and dispose of the remainder at licensed facilities in compliance with applicable law. You authorize us to donate, recycle, or dispose of items once they have been loaded and removed from your location. Once items have been hauled away and disposed of, they generally cannot be retrieved.

9. Communications Consent (A2P / TCPA)

By providing your phone number to Bucks Haul LLC, you consent to receive phone calls and SMS/MMS text messages from us — including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology — regarding your service requests, estimates, scheduling, and related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Providing your number and consenting to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bucks Haul LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. Except for express promises made in your approved estimate, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding our services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. We will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before resorting to litigation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
